If you change your mind, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. You just need to send us a request by email at office@kaihats.com.

The cost of returning the product/s to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is solely payable by the customer. 

This online shop operates in the European Union and, as such, all transactions are ultimately made in Euro. If you live outside the Euro zone, the Euro value of the product will be converted into your currency on the day the refund is processed.

IMPORTANT: Returned products that were paid via national bank transfer will be refunded by bank transfer. The refund will be processed as soon as the returned product/s arrive in our warehouse and your return has been processed. If you paid by credit card, refunds can then take up to 4 weeks to appear in your bank statement.

If you paid via Paypal, you will receive the funds in your Paypal account.

Returned products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
Returned products must have all the original tags and labels attached and be in their original and integral packaging, including their box or bag.

The customer can change the product with another one. If there is a price difference, the customer must pay the difference. As soon as your return have been received and processed by our warehouse, we will ship the new product/s to you. The cost of returning the product/s to our warehouse and also the shipment of the new product, will be covered by the customer.
